このサイト（富士ドクタービレッジ FDVコミュニティ、https://fdv-community.shimpinomori.net/）は、富士ドクタービレッジの住民同士が、無料の助け合い（手伝い、趣味、同好の士、交流、不用品、物々交換）を紹介するためのものです。送迎は別のサイトです。アカウントも別です。運営の窓口は村の管理事務所です。開発・運用・ホスティングは Shimpinomori.NET が行います。
1. 誰が内容を見られるか
掲載（種類、タイトル、本文、日時、写真、地図のピン、投稿者の氏名）と、氏名・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの連絡先は、スタッフが村の住民として承認したアカウントだけが見られます。ログインしていない方、メール未確認の方、承認待ちの方、利用を停止された方は、これらの内容を見られません。
誰でも見られるのは、案内の最初のページ、サービスの説明、ログイン、新規登録、使い方のページ、使い方のマニュアル、このプライバシーポリシーです。
2. 集める情報
アカウントを作るとき：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所。パスワードで登録した場合は、パスワードそのものではなく、照合するための値だけを保存します。Googleだけで登録したアカウントには、はじめパスワードはありません。
利用中：掲載、興味表明のメッセージ、地図上の位置、画面の言語と表示モード。新しいアカウントは、ほかの住民にメールアドレスを見せない設定が最初から有効です。
クッキー：ログインを保つ fdvc_session、言語の fdvc_lang、表示モードの fdvc_theme。Googleでサインインする短いあいだだけ fdvc_sso を使います。
3. Googleでサインインする場合
Googleでサインインを選ぶと、Googleから次の情報を受け取ります。そのGoogleアカウントの主となるメールアドレス、氏名、Googleが付ける識別子、メールアドレスが確認済みかどうか、です。Googleのパスワードは受け取りません。予備のメールアドレスも受け取りません。
これらの情報は、同じメールアドレスのアカウントを開くか、新しいアカウントを作るためだけに使います。新しいアカウントは、スタッフの承認があるまで掲載を見られません。別のメールアドレスは、別のアカウントです。
Googleから受け取った情報を、広告の表示、販売、貸与、ほかのサービスへの提供には使いません。人がこの情報を読むのは、住民であることの確認、安全のため、問い合わせへの対応、法令で必要な場合に限られます。
Google API から受け取った情報の利用は、Google API Services User Data Policy（Limited Use requirements を含みます）に従います。
4. 情報の使い方
本人確認とログイン、スタッフによる住民の承認、助け合いの掲載と興味表明、サイトの運用と安全のために使います。
5. 誰と共有するか
承認済みの住民は、公開中の掲載（種類、タイトル、本文、日時、写真、地図のピン、投稿者の氏名）を見られます。
興味を送ったあと、興味を送った人には投稿者の電話番号が見えます。メールアドレスは、投稿者が「メールを見せない」を外しているときだけ見えます。投稿者には、興味を送った人の氏名と電話番号が見えます。メールアドレスは、その人が隠していないときだけ見えます。新しいアカウントは、メールアドレスを隠す設定です。
スタッフは、承認と運営のためにアカウントの情報を見られます。法令で必要な場合を除き、情報を第三者に売りません。村民の電話帳は公開しません。
6. 保管
データは、Shimpinomori.NET が管理するサーバーに保存します。アカウントと掲載の記録は、運営に必要なあいだ保管します。終了した掲載は一覧から消えますが、記録は残します。削除を希望する場合は、管理事務所に連絡してください。
7. このページの変更
内容を変えたときは、このページを更新し、上の日付を変えます。ご質問は村の管理事務所へお願いします。

This site (Fuji Doctor Village FDV Community, https://fdv-community.shimpinomori.net/) introduces free mutual aid between residents of Fuji Doctor Village: help, hobbies, peers, gatherings, unused goods, and barter. Rides are a separate site, with separate accounts. The village management office is the contact for residents. Shimpinomori.NET develops, operates, and hosts the site.
1. Who can see the content
Listings (kind, title, text, dates, photo, map pin, and the poster's name) and contact details such as names, phone numbers, and email addresses are visible only to accounts that staff have approved as village residents. People who are not logged in, and accounts whose email is not confirmed, that are waiting for approval, or that are suspended, cannot see that content.
Anyone can see the welcome page, the service descriptions, login, registration, the how-to page, the user manual, and this privacy policy.
2. Information we collect
When an account is created: name, email address, phone number, and address. If you choose a password, we store only a check value, not the password itself. An account created only with Google starts without a password.
While you use the site: listings, interest messages, an optional map location, and your language and display choices. A new account hides its email address from other residents.
Cookies: fdvc_session keeps you logged in, fdvc_lang stores the language, and fdvc_theme stores the display mode. fdvc_sso is used only for the short time a Google sign-in is in progress.
3. If you sign in with Google
If you choose Google, we receive the Google account’s primary email address, your name, the identifier Google assigns, and whether that email is verified. We do not receive your Google password. We do not receive a backup email address.
We use this information only to open the account with that same email address, or to create a new account. A new account cannot see listings until staff approve it. A different email address is a different account.
We do not use information received from Google to show ads, and we do not sell, rent, or give it to another service. People read it only to confirm residency, for safety, to answer a question, or when the law requires it.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
We use it to sign you in, for staff to approve residents, to show listings and interests, and to operate and protect the site.
5. Who we share it with
Approved residents can see open listings (kind, title, text, dates, photo, map pin, and the poster's name).
After you send interest, you can see the poster's phone number, and their email address only if they have not hidden it. The poster can see your name and phone number, and your email address only if you have not hidden it. New accounts hide the email address.
Staff can see account information in order to approve residents and operate the site. We do not sell information, except where the law requires us to disclose it. There is no public village phone book.
6. How long we keep it
Data is stored on servers operated by Shimpinomori.NET. We keep accounts and listing records for as long as the service needs them. A closed listing leaves the list, and the record is kept. To ask for deletion, contact the village management office.
7. Changes to this page
When this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Questions go to the village management office.
